Why if I book my tickets on your web site must I pay a booking fee?
Is this just another way to rip off your customers again?
Why should we continue to put up with your exorbitant charges and then have this added insult?

Below is the sad reply I recieved back from them. A pathetic excuse

Thank you for your email. We are sorry you feel this way. We have to pay a fee for the maintenance of our website, that is why there is a slight booking fee involved.

It is not the cost of the fee. It is the principle of paying extra to use THEIR web site to book and pay for tickets to see a movie when the cost of the ticket was R70 and I bought four at a cost of R280. Then you get gouged to pay for THEIR web site.
