We have been trying since early this morning to book for a movie at the Ster Kinekor at the Rosebank The Zone without any success. The Ster Kinekor website is keep on giving us an error: " Sorry the cinema is off line, please try again later". We were trying to book for movies at the Prestige lounge for " A good day to die". Due to the fact that we are working people and that we cannot go to the malls personally, we cannot go the malls and make bookings. Ster Kinekor, you guys have dissapointed my family and myself.
We are highly dissapointed that such a big company cannot get it right. I work in the It industry and know what it takes to satisfy customers. Ster Kinekor, we are also club members, but i think after this kind of experience, its time to give it up.
