A few months ago I booked a movie online for ster kinekor Irene mall and when we arrived there and printed our tickets and went to the cinema the seats DID NOT EXIST. We were told that the online seat plan often doesn't get updated for the actual cinema- since the movie was already fully booked we were refunded and sent home with very bad service from management. Tonight we went back to that same theatre to find out that tickets I booked this morning online for a movie had been cancelled and that it was no longer going to be screened. Again we had driven all the way there, bought snacks and drinks and printed our tickets and were turned away at the entrance. How pathetic does the service and online site have to be??? that they cannot send a email to the email address I provided when booking the tickets and notify us that the movie has been cancelled, again we were met with pathetic unprofessional service and just refunded for the tickets. What about our time and effort and cost of travelling there? We were not even offered complimentary tickets for the inconvenience, no apologies. RIDIC. I wonder if I get some response from Ster Kinekor on this seeing as how inefficient they are.
