I book quite regularly with the Ster Kinekor application. I made a booking for this Sunday on the app. The money was taken off my account, but no reference number was sent to me, and it's not appearing on my booking history. I have tried contact the call centre as advertised on the website, but it says that this number is not valid. This is not the first time that this has happened to me. Please advise.
