On 19 Jan 2013, I went to see Les Mis with my mom at Tygervalley Ster Kinekor. I logged a complaint on their website regarding having to wait for the cleaners to clean the cinema, the sound being bad and then the movie having been restarted almost half an hour in - after sitting almost ten minutes after the movie was stopped - not to speak of the bad service at the confectionery stand. No one even bothered to explain to us why the movie was being restarted or apologised for the inconvenience.
I really find the lack of service lacking, and the lack of response on a complaint is really unacceptable. Ster Kinekor can count on me never going to see a movie at the Tygervalley complex again.
