I tried to book tickets for a movie and couldn't hear a word the operator was saying. Not sure if it was a bad voip line or just him mumbling. He became obviously irritated when I had to ask him politely to repeat himself. This is meant to be a service, but he made me feel like he was doing me a favour. If you don't like selling people tickets over a bad line then get another job buddy. Also, its 2013 so why can't I book a ticket on the Ster-Kinekor site? The only have one of the theatres in my area available online. I'm going back to DVDs at home.
