While the management at World of Golf cannot be held responsible for the conduct of their customers, it is expected of them to be more vocal against should such incidents occur. Following on from the attack at the World of Golf in which a customer attacked a World of Golf staff member, rumours abound that management urged the staff member not to press charges against the offenders as these customers were apparently "friends" of management.
Unless management can go on record to state categorically that this is NOT the case, then I for one have no intention of supporting their business. Sad, given the wonderful course it is. Unfortunately, its a matter of principal and I cannot support a business whose management appear ambivalent to fighting through their inaction and alleged defense of the perpetrators.
