On Sunday I tried to book tickets for my wife and me at Irene, but kept getting booking errors. I eventually phoned Ticketline and was told that they are offline and would be back online after 12 noon. I managed to book our tickets at around 2 pm, but was horrified to see that Ster Kinekor had deducted the amounts for the 4 previously failed transactions, due to them being offline. This is blatant, don't bother calling their call centre, they have such a careless attitude.
