I booked movie tickets online, because Ster-Kinekor advertise a no-booking fee if you book online and pay via cellphone banking for FNB customers. After I had paid and was waiting for a booking confirmation, an error message came up on Ster-Kinekors site saying" thank you for your payment. payment was successful but we were unable to make your booking. I had to call the helpline, go through the inconvenience and sepnd my money on reporting this to them. They then said they would reverse the payment when IT looks at it.
It is 45 minutes to go to the movie!!! How can Ster-Kinekor advertise their "award-winning" site when it does not work???
