On the 4th of July 2013 i purchased one ticket for the movie Broken City for 20:15. I decided to purchase a ticket online. After completing the neccesary information, i paid with my credit card. After payment was completed, the website gave me a message saying confirmation details will be sent to my email adress i provided. I never recieved this email, and missed the movie. I find it unacceptable that Ster-Kinekor feels it is OK to take my money and give nothing in return. The reference number i was given on the website is 10676220.
