I made a mistake with my online booking and select the incorrect show. The terms on the site stipulated that no refunds would be processed. I then booked the correct tickets and contacted Ster-Kinekor and asked if I could use the tickets at another time. Within 24 hours, the booking I had made in error was refunded to me.
