I purchased my 2 metallica tickets on the 22nd November 2012 and in April 2013 got an sms to say the venue had been changed and we must go in to exchange our tickets, only to find when we got there that we had to pay an additional R65 per ticket over and above the R295 per ticket I had paid months before. When I complained ay compiticket they said it was big concerts who had changed the venue and they could not give me a reason why. When I called in to compiticket I was told thats should send an email which I did. The next day I got a reply from the compiticket jeadoffice saying that my ticket was no longer valid and I must come in for a refund. How can my ticket not be valid if I do not pay in the additional R65 per ticket.
