We booked a fishing trip with the specific supplier and had to cancel due to unforseen issues. I telephonically discussed this situation with Richard Chivers whereby he confirmed that I gave him a long enough leadtime and that he will repay us with the amount of R3700. To confirm our agreement, I wrote him an e-mail where after he positively responded.
This happened in December. Since then, Richard has been avoiding our calls. He acts as if the signal is bad (every time) even though we can here the fake dismay.
We would like to be refunded with our money as he runs a professional company and this is seen as as no service was rendered.
If we do not received the money, we will be reporting this to the police.
