I bought two general standing tickets for Metallica's show on 27-04-2013 from your website in November 2012. On the date of purchase the Golden Circle Tickets were sold out according to your website. I became aware yesterday that there are still Golden Circle Tickets available on Comp Ticket. I spoke to Rashen at your Call Centre this morning and was told that my tickets cannot be upgraded with a pay in due to short notice. Would you then rather have unsold tickets??? Please arrange for an Upgrade!!
