So here is my 2nd bad experience in as many events...
Firstly, Bafana Bafana vs Norway, we arrived to see people in our seats!!! They had identical tickets... Great control systems Computicket!!! Ended up with worst off seats after missioning around the entire stadium to their midget little office!
NOW... We purchased tickets for Metallica last year, they change the venue and when we attempt to convert our Tickets, our block is sold out... Now we have to pay an extra R 200 per ticket... I'm sorry, that is...
This is ridiculous service... How can the biggest Ticket seller in the Country be this useless and not see this coming. I am a very unhappy customer and this may lead to me missing out on one of my Favourite Bands!!!
We as consumers should not have to deal with their very disappointing service!!!
