I purchased a flight ticket for SAA via Compiticket Checkers. I attempted to check in 20 minutes before departure and I was turned down and told that i am too late, i should have checked in an hour ago (This is totally unacceptable I travelled from Pietermaritzburg in a storm to get to the Durban airport to only get turned down). When I requested a refund on my ticket i was told that i must go to Computicket and get a refund of 50% of my ticket price. I went to computicket only to be told that I need to go to SAA and request the refund because they don't do the refunds for SAA. Now where do I go?!
Why does SAA have to make an issue over this?!
SAA is not organised and they are making me run around for no reason.
I am not happy at all!! I expected more from SAA.
