Bought 6 big concert Golden Circle tickets for 24th April at Stadium. All my other friends bought from Computicket for the same night - also GC!
We get advise by email that the venue has now changed to Velodrome - inferior stadium to CT Stadium - and are told we can get a refund for our tickets if not convenient for that venue.
All my friends go to Computicket and get told their GC tickets no longer valid and have to go the next night - i try and get a refund from Big Concerts so i can go with my friends the next night and i get told i missed the deadline of 12 April to get a refund. (Nowhere in my email from them or anywhere on the media was i told that there was a cutoff date!!)
THEY WONT BUDGE and now i have to attend the concert without my friends, my kids have to attend the concert without their friends, we have paid a premium price for a now inferior product.
WHY DID THEY CHANGE THE VENUE AND OPEN A SECOND NIGHT - WHY ARE THEY, THE ORGANISERS OF ALL THE INTERNATIONAL STARS COMING TO SA, ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH THIS - WE SOUTH AFRICANS SUPPORT THEM AND THIS IS WHAT WE GET IN RETURN.
