Venue change ticket increase in price - Metallica

I can understand that sometimes there is a venue change. However after taking unpaid time off work, and incurring expenses to get home, collect the tickets and then get to a computicket to change the tickets only to discover that instead of the R450 seated tickets I had bought, I now have to select either R500 seated or R760 seated per ticket.

Changing venue is one thing, increasing the price of the tickets, that is a pretty low blow
