Incorrect billing

I was charged R 1736, 72 instead of R695, 00 for my susbscription.
I was told to call back today to find out about my refund of R1041.72.

I got sent from pillar to post. I must call and waste my airtime on a mistake they made.

I have a case nr: 32 98 089 that I must phone them with but I cannot wait for more than an hour on my cell, they are wasting even more of my money.

I insist on my refund of R 1041.72 and it must be soon. I do not want to wait for weeks on end.
Multichoice is already so expensive, now they mess up my account too.
No notice was given to me or asked to lift my limit... How can they do that?
