On the 6 March an Aerial excellence installer came to put in a new HD PVR. Instead of cancelling the old PVR, he activated another HD PVR. I usually pay R695. This month they deducted R 1736, 72 as my account is on Debit order.
I had not given consent to this. No email was sent as notification.
this was done incorrectly and I also notified Multichoice.
I asked the manager of Aerial excellence to phone me back with a conclusion... I'm still waiting!
I was not at fault here. I demand my R 1041.72 back ASAP.
