FED UP WITH THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY!!

I am so sick and tired of this company that calls themselve 8ta! Talk about feeling used and being made to feel like a fool!
It's so easy for 8ta to INCORRECTLY debit wrong amounts from your account but when they have to refund you, OH NO, it's DRAMA. 8ta wrongfully debited an amount of R349 extra from my account last month, and till today i'm still waiting for the refund to come back, and yet again for my December bill they're still billing me more than they should. I've been taken from pillar to post, for 2 weeks now and all they can keep telling me is that they're "escalating" the matter, to which nothing still happens, and instead i get sms's from them saying my account is not up to date and i wont be getting my refund and they will be crediting it to my account!! Some of the consultants even have attitude which does not help the matter at all. I just want to say, 8ta, i want my money and i'm not willing to wait another 7 days while u still scratch your heads, why should i? U didn't hesitate to take the money from my account so why should u hesitate paying it back. And pls get your billing info correct, i am not willing to go through this again! Case:7250036
