Good day
For over 3 weeks I have been following up on a refund to my account after I was misled by Cell C when agreeing to their contract (of which Cell C agreed that I was misled and promised a refund). I have since cancelled it. I've been patiently following up and waiting almost every two days.
Today was the last straw when I was sent from pillar to post! Can Cell C just pay me my money back, I want nothing to do with them and I'm not going to wait for their 24/48 hour respond anymore!!!
Frustrated!!!
