Esponded on the 4th of April to DSTV's reply to me on the 3rd of April. Today is the 08 of April and i have heard nothing back from them. I do understand that they tried calling me on my cellphone however i was busy at the time. I then responded via hellopeter and i am still waiting for a reply from them. this is an alternate number to contact me on IF YOU HAVE A MOMENT!!! 011 878 4800. once again i feel totally let down by the lack of interest from DSTV. The feelings of anger and frustration has also passed by as i now feel that this is just the way they treat clients and surely this must be the norm...#disappointed
