Multichoice trying to pensione

I gave 1 months notice to Multichoice in July 2010 for the bouquet I had at the time.
I started my new service with Top TV effective August 2010.
To my horror I recently found out that Multichoice had never stopped billing me-debit orders, and have being doing so until and including March 2013. I made an urgent call on 8th March and spoke to a Temho and explained that they must immediately stop all future debit orders for services terminated and not received.
I also asked for a full refund for all the monies debited to my account R163.72pm as from August 2010.
After waiting approx 45 mins was told that I had made 2 additional manual payments one of which was R720.24 made on the 23.02.2012.For what I ask?
The lady than told me that these payments automatically put me back on the system and as a result they can only refund me from 2012??
I demand a full refund for all monies paid with costs from the date of notice i.e. Aug.2010.Which is in excess of R6, 000.00.
