Refund still not processed-no accountability

In a space of 1 hour me calling Multichoice to give me an update on a refund I requested more than 3 weeks ago I am still given the run around I have spoken to more than 12 agents and 3 supervisors I still dont have my money everyone passes the buck. Today I called twice spoke to 2 different agents who told me 2 different stories one promised that they give me a call to come collect cheque the other said they will email me statement that confirms an EFT deposit into my account of 16/04 but nothing, furthermore I have confirmed with my bank no cheque was deposited by Multichoice nor awaiting clearance. What do I have to do to get my money back? I spent a lot of money making calls, scanning and emailing all documents they requested but still nothing?

Can someone from Multichoice tell me what is happenning? Can I have my money please? I am now begging for my money, why is there no service delivery, what about customer care? Please can someone help to resolve this query, this is very unfair none of the people who are suppose to help are, what they are doing is causing me stress, can someone please do their job.
