No installation after 5 days [POOR SERVICE]

1) My mom purchased a decoder from Makro Strubenvalley on Saturday 30 March '13
2) She called the call centre and "concluded" matters during a 10 minute call
3) We were told the installers numbers would be sms'd to her in 24 hours... this did not happen
4) She then called in again on Monday to obtain the numbers and she was given three
5) She made arrangements with the third installer who said she would install on Tuesday, 2nd march at 4pm... the installer didn't pitch with no call either
6) Out of desperation my mother asked me to intervene; I called the call centre and spoke to a clown (woman-didn't get her name as she can't enunciate properly) who was unhelpful and impolite who then placed me on hold for over 8 minutes - so I hung up
7) I then called the call centre again and spoke to another clown (Phumzile) who then duly placed me on hold yet again when I asked to speak to a supervisor... I hung up after waiting 2 minutes again
8) ENTER HELLO PETER
9) TOP TV - you jokers are going to remain in the shadows of DSTV with service like this, unfortunately you're forcing folks to pay three times the price.
