Bad time management

I purchased an extra HD decoder from Makro on 21 June and this came with a Blinstallation voucher (22739).
An installation was arranged with the call centre on 24 June but to date no installation has taken place as in every instance the time arranged is not met. The final straw was this morning when the time sent via SMS was 9:30 - I called the call centre at 9:50 and was called back by Melisha to be told that the installer was delayed. I told her that if the installer was not at my property by 10:15 then I would be going back to Makro to cancel the deal. At 10:30 I received a call from Kelvin who told me the that the installer, as per Garmin, was still 30 minutes away which I said was not acceptable.
The previous excuses were that the installer was stuck in traffic - on Friday last week he was apparently on his way from Pretoria to service me in Benmore Gardens.
