Multichoice
Damaged replacement decoders

In the past couple days ive never had so many problem exchanging my dstv decoderMy initial decoder had no hdmi output and i had it swapped at dstv Jan niemand park in pretoriaConnected it at home it gave a e18 error and after several hours with your call centre they informed me that there is a problem with my installationThis was strange seeing that i had no problems viewing picture through rca connections on my first decoder. An accredeted installer was there the following morning charged me R350 aand said there is nothing wrong wit my installation. I therefor went back to dstv to swap it again. The replacement decoder in the shop died after 5 minutes. I was given a second replacement. Went home and plugged in the decoder.also gave an error code of wich i called dstv to fix and they also concluded it was my installation. Phoned the installer again today of witch they connfirmed the ddecoder is faulty AGAINI AM NOW FED UP IN DRIVING UP AND DOWN AND PAYING INSTALLERS AT A GREAT EXPENSE TO MYSELF. Clearly everyone at dstv is incompetent from call centre to service centre and I end up paying for yourr blundersPlease advise as to how I will be helped and what about my financial loss
