You are totally useless and i wish your company gets liquidated. I have been experiencing technical problems since your integration of channels and switching from Top Tv to Star Sat, i bought airtime worth R60 just so they can guide me through the so called resetting of the decoder since this nonsense started, the call centre agent then tells me that my decoder is not receiving signal and i must speak to my installer, how the am i supposed to know who the installer was as the decoder was installed years ago, or do i look like i sleep with the installers and so i keep their numbers for good? then i was placed on hold so that the that answered the phone get the information about the installer, she finally comes back and i ask who is going to pay the installer? she tells me that i am liable for the payment as warranty expired, what bull is this? you started the technical problems and now i must pay? to with you because i am moving to DSTV!! i want my money back for December and January because clearly i'm not watching anything not even SABC.
