We moved and took down our dish and haven't re-installed it at our new home yet. I phoned on 18/02/2013 at about 10:37. I specifically asked for my debit order NOT to go through at the end of Feb for the March subscription as I am NOT using it. A debit order for the full amount of R269 went through at the end of Feb. I send an email on the 12/03/2013 to the complaints department. No one bothered to call me back. I am not using the service but I am paying for it.
I demand a refund. They must trace back the call where the consultant told me that she would remove my banking details and it will not be submitted for ANY further debit orders untill I call again.
