I have received both a delivery and read request at 8.59am and no one has bothered to contact me regarding.
I have spoken to Monette from the NSFAS call centre (0860 067 327 - call duration 15.33mins) who has advised the following:
o That she is not able to view the debit order.
o That I go into my bank and do the reversal
My questions to you are:
1. Why was a debit order issued when I have settled my account?
2. How are you not able to view a debit order you have taken off?
3. Why should I have to inconvenience myself to get MY money back?
This is completely unacceptable and I demand a return of funds before close of business today or further complaints will be sent.
