I tried to book movie tickets online and via the telephone yesterday, but was unable to because of your network/system problems. I can fully understand the nature of this problem & accept that it won't be up 24x7x365.
So I went to Sandton City early to book the tickets (and as usual there were only 2 cashiers and a of a long queue), and when I wanted to give the cashier the vitality card numbers of the people who would be joining us later on, I was told that it was not possible for me to do so.
How can you allow this to be done on your website, but not by the cashiers? So effectively because of your system/network issues, the rest of the people joining me were forced to pay the full price of the tickets.
