UNBELEIVABLE!!

THIS IS THE 4TH MONTH RUNNING THAT I HAVE TO LODGE A COMPLAINT THROUGH HELLO PETER TO HAVE OUR SERVICES RECONNECTED. NOT TO MENTION THE 8 MONTHS BEFORE THAT WHERE I BATTLED EVERY MONTH WITH THE CALL CENTRE!!!

I have escalated your refrence numbers to credit the account.

Once the account is credited with R590 R390.01 that you paid. The amount you will pay in the 01 March 13 is R150

I AM GOING TO PAY THE R150 AS PER THE ABOVE INSTRUCTION IN THE NEXT HOUR AT THE CHECKERS AT EASTGATE IN JHB. (I ALWAYS PAY BY THE 10TH OF EVERY MONTH)

PLEASE RECONNECT OUR SERVICES ASAP!!!
