Look, I've always paid my account the same way every month, via EFT and I've always used my main number as a reference and both cellphone line charges would be settled. Now all of a sudden, end of Aug 2013 I did the same, paid my account and used my one number as a reference but now the funds have been allocated to this one number and now it shows as if I've paid it in advance which is NOT the case, when I was paying I was paying for both numbers. Can someone PLEASE rectify this ASAP because now my services have been deactivated and this is NOT fair because bottom line is that I paid and I did so on time. I don't care what happened behind the scenes, no one informed me that there would be changes so it's not my fault, especially because I've done it the same way every month!!!! PLEASE SORT THIS OUT!!!!
