Total rip off

I went to Newcastle on my leave hence I didn't pay for November and now I get home. Got a message stating that I must pay for the month, why should I? I didn't authorize for such because as far as I know the service ends on the 10th as I'm on debit now somebody tell me who exactly is suppose to pay for a service that was not wanted in the first place??? I'm not willing to pay for something that I didn't auth for as the debit came back unreturned and it reflected on your system!

Kindly note that we do not have records that you requested services to be disconnected. Hence your services remained active and the system continued to bill your account. Your account is in arrears with an amount of R1289.67.

The last time and as per the telephonic conversation I had with an agent is that on the 10th it gets switched off because there's no amount paid so what happened this time??? Whose system is it Multichoice or mine??? I didn't say it must remain active without payment! I pay for the month that I have viewed form why is it different this time?
