Last month I paid my DSTV account using my smartcard number as my reference - not knowing that this was not the correct reference to use. A few days after paying I received an sms to say my services were suspended due to non payment. When i phoned the call centre we established that the pmt had not been picked up because of the reference number. I was assured that it would be sorted out within 3 days. A month down the line and my balance is still reflecting arrears. I am making this months pmt today, and yet they have still not corrected last months error. No one even had the decency to phone me and query this if there was a problem. You had better pray my dish is still active when I get home today...
