A guy has asked tracker to do a change of ownership, all he did was send them an email.
when i asked them to change it into my name now they want proof of ownership of the vehicle (which i have done). now they want a letter from this person . they wont even track the car as he has not reported it!!! i still can get the info out of them or get it back into my name . this is a loop hole where criminals can change details if they wish.
if they are so determaned not to change the details then please retrieve my vehicle and remove the tracker system and give the unit to who ever's name it is in! all i want is my car returned to me!
