Unhelpful by not providing sufficient info &way fo

I bought a decoder whilst residing in SA using my Swazi ID and I then moved back to Swaziland. Everything was working fine, all payments made but my service was cut off whilst I have a credit of R511. I have called the call centre countless times and sent a couple of emails but I am not given sufficient info on a way forward and if I will ever get my service turned on. I eventually went to a nelspruit multichoice branch yesterday, and they too couldn't assist me reason being whatever was done on my account was done in joburg, but couldn't provide a name or contact details on who 'joburg' really is. Therefore 3 months later I still haven't been assisted. My question now is should I just write off the amount at multichoice & buy a new decoder or just write multichoice off completely & rent tv series' & movies for the rest of my life...?
