I am writing this email to you to express my sheer disappointment in your call centre
I called this morning for a statement and till this very minute I have not received anything.
A debit order was deducted off my account for an exorbitant amount of R 3432.55, and I requested a breakdown which I still have not received.
My fianc? works for one of your affiliated partners and he receives a discount on subscription, but still I got charged the incorrect amount.
Please can you assist, as you did the last time as I find the service from your Call Centre atrocious.
