I enquired about Extra View and although Thandeka could not assist me due to her system being offline, she swiftly transferred me to Absalom in the ExtraView department whose explanation of what I needed to do was clear and concise, indicating that the DSTV employees are knowledgable with their products and services. Callcentres from other companies can learn a lot from DSTV. Very impressive indeed.
