Got a Quote from Treeframe Productions 02-02-12 to film my daughter's B-day Party on 18-02-12. Paid the Dep and signed the Contract - Dene Steyn (Owner). Also Booked her to film my other daughter's B-day Party on 10-03-12. Day of the 1st Party (18-02-12) she didn't show up to film the party. I kept phoning and sms non stop but she didn't answer my calls. Only Managed to get hold of her after the party. She apologised and gave me a full refund. She offered to film my other daughter's birthday party on 10-03-12 Free of Charge I agreed and she did send a young girl to film the B-day party. 19-03-12 I was contacted to arrange delivery of the DVD. The DVD refused to play in any of our DVD players. Received a new DVD on 10-04-12. This dvd played but had nou sound in two seperate sections of the dvd. When I contacted her she was friendly and promised to correct it and deliver a new dvd the following week. I AM STILL WAITING! I kept e-mailing and sms'ing but got no response. Dec 2012 I finally received a Mail back saying that she will not be sending me another copy she's cutting her losses and I should not contact her again unless I would like to pay for her services!!!
