I phoned DSTV four times in two days, i can only view certain channels and all my HD channels seems to have vanished even though I am on the premier package. The people at DSTV is not a lot of help they have bad attitudes and doesn't care if they loose a customer it seems, i took my pvr to a branch to check it out and it was fine, now DSTV says I must get a installer out to reinstall the system I mean what a loud of!!! Why do we pay so much for something we cant even use and I must pay for the installer again why cant DSTV assist me it is there product. Every time I c alled DSTV no one could help me they don't even give me a chance to talk and explain what I am seeing.

I am very upset with these people, just because thwy hold the MONOPOLY to TV viewing thy think they can do what they want and say what they want to.
