Unhappy custome

I called multichoice today and requested to upgrade to dstv extra. I held on forever only to be transferred to another department because I have extra view. I spoke to a lady there who did the upgrade and said all is in order. I got home now and the upgrade was done but now my extra view is not working. I tried calling multichoice now again. And held on for almost 30 minutes and still did not get to speak to anyone because I ran out of airtime. Multichoice is by far the worst call centre ever because nobody can ever get through to them. Why dont they just employ more people to handle the calls. They quick to take our money but we get no service from them
