My service was cut whilst away for non payment. I then paid required amounts on 1feb2013 with ref number
46142124. Up to today my account has not been restored. I made a 25min call to khumo ramokopeloa on 6feb at 1800 call ref 120846314 and she told me to fax the proof of payment i had. as i have no access to fax i asked her for email adress and gave me [Email Removed] which kept on bouncing fo a day until it finally went through. she also told me that email will take forever to be responded. then she claimed to have escalated the issue but up to now nothing has happened. am i going to get a refund for the payment i made with no service. this is unacceptable.
