Hi booked into the Sun City hotel the week of 06 May 2013 and experienced the following issues on the first day alone:
1) Checked into the incorrect room. There was someone staying there!
2) In the new room and over the course of the 3 days I stayed there
the mini-bar was empty. This was raised a few times over the 3 days but nothing was done.
there was no chair at the desk, had to request one a few times from housekeeping. eventually delivered.
ordered room service and it arrived 1.5 hours later (after I had called and complained after 30 minutes). Apparently the order went to the wrong room
Suit that was to have been laundered and delivered in the afternoon had not been received by19:00 that day. housekeeping gave me a number which just rang. had to go down to reception to enquire.
Lunch buffet at the Sun City hotel was terrible. lack of options, food tasted bad

Poor service Sun City. dissapointed.
