Bad service for the "best hotel" in Windhoek

My experience at this hotel was not the greatest. When they said that they are "the best hotel in Windhoek" I expected more.

I called room service, and got no answer... more than once.

I order room service, and when it arrived the food was cold. I expected very good food and was hungry, but had to wait even longer to get my food second time around. I am still waiting, with frustration.

The staff at reception also misinformed me about the facilities, and said that there is no sauna/steam room... after I maid another call I found that there was.

There was also not complementary water in the room.

Overall, not a great experience. I do not expect this from Hilton hotels.
