Disappointing experience

We have been several times, over the past 18 months, to Acrobranch, with our 6 year old.
We have been allowed on the advanced courses, with the approval of the supervising staff, if accompanied by responsible adult.
Today we were told that that he is not allowed on them. The rules or signs have not changed since our last visit, in this respect.
Acrobranch could not offer us the same experience as before. This ruling was applied after we had paid. We asked for a refund and this was refused.

Comment has been posted on Acrobranch's Facebook page, owner replied, refusing to acknowledge a change in their practices, and subsequently deleted the posts.

We did not expect them to change their current practices as regards their rules, but we did expect them to acknowledge the change and provide a refund with a smile so we could happily return later in the year when he is 7.
