PAID FOR DELUXE ROOM AND WAS TOLD THAT THE ROOM WASNT READY. THEY REDIRECTED ME TO A ROOM WHICH THEY CLAIMED WAS A "BETTER" ROOM. ON TOURING THE HOTEL ON CHECKOUT I REALISED THAT I HAD BEEN STAYING IN A STANDARD ROOM.
I APPROACHED MANAGEMENT, WHO ADMITTED THAT I HAD IN FACT BEEN IN A STANDARD ROOM AND HAD BEEN MISLEAD. I HAVE APPROACHED THEM FOR A REFUND FOR MY STAY AND WAS TREATED WITH CONTEMPT. IT IS A WEEK LATER AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY REFUND.
STILL WAITING FOR RESPONSE FROM SENIOR MANAGEMENT AS PROMISED BY ASHLEY PADAYACHEE AND KYLE OF FRONT DESK MANAGEMENT.MATTER NOT RESOLVED.
