POOR SERVICE AND REPAIR "SERVICE"

I Lawton van Oordt would hereby like to log a complaint at the appalling service rendered by DSTV multichoice centre in N1 City Goodwood Cape town, to date I have spent
R 1190.00 to have my Dual view PVR decoder seen to and to this day the problem has still not been resolved, the story goes like this. On the Monday 3rd of December I took ourdecoder to the Vredenburg Multichoice outlet to report a fault displayed on our tv screen which read as follows " This function cannot be performed without a functioning Hard drive... for support contact your nearest Multichoice centre for assistance ", they informed us that the decoder would need to be sent for repairs that would take up to 10 working days, we requested a loan unit but was told that they don't have any and that we should take the unit to the N1 city mall Multichoice branch in Cape Town as it could be exchange for a recon unit there.
I took a day's leave from work on Friday 7th to drive in to Cape Town to attend to our " little problem", it`s the 10/01/13 I have a case no 2912715 still no answer and still I am paying full premium fee for a service I dnt have, been there 2, tech has confirmed prob and yet no contact frm them.
