Multichoice, you acknowledge via email my cancellation (I gave the required 1 month's notice), you then debit my account for the month (I had my bank reverse the transaction), you then have the absolute nerve to bill me for a returned debit order (which shouldn't have been processed anyway) and you now bill me for another month!!! If you dare put through another debit order, I will consider that as and take the appropriate steps!!!
I will then bill YOU for wasting so much of MY time trying to sort out YOUR admin disaster!
